Why I built RIENVOR
For years I watched good products lose installs to a number nobody owned. Teams owned acquisition, product, support, and growth, each of them measured and accountable. The rating sat in the middle of all of it. A drop of a few tenths of a star made every install more expensive, and still the number itself belonged to no one. The moment it fell below four stars, everyone called it a problem and no one was responsible for the fix.
I started RIENVOR to make that number someone's job. I've spent the years since on little else: getting the rating back to where installs convert, then holding it there while the product team does theirs. The practice stays small and senior because the rating rewards judgment over volume. Most of the job is knowing which complaints actually move the number and which only look like they should.
So the first conversation is never a pitch. It's a straight read on whether this is a problem I can move for you, and an honest answer if it isn't.
